Donna Murray, PhD, CCC-SLP
Chief Clinical Officer

Donna is Adjunct Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital/University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She served as the former Vice President of Clinical Programs at Autism Speaks. While at Autism Speaks, Dr. Murray provided oversight for a portfolio of research and science projects, primarily leading the development of the Autism Care Network, an autism learning health network focused on improving diagnoses and care. Prior to joining Autism Speaks, Dr. Murray served as Director of Clinical Services for the Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics, at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and the Co-Director of its Kelly O’Leary Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Dr. Murray has more than 30 years of experience in the field of autism as a clinician and researcher. She has extensive experience as a leader, building collaborative teams and multidisciplinary programs focused on the diagnosis and treatment of autism, and has numerous publications in the field. Dr. Murray brings expertise in the use of healthcare quality improvement science to improve clinical care and outcomes at scale. She received her PhD from the University of Cincinnati, in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Nick Gianadda
Chief Technology Officer

Nick has 20 years of experience in the software development, Information Technology, and security fields. Prior to joining Quadrant, he held leadership roles managing diverse teams of project managers, developers, quality assurance testers, and support personnel.
Nick’s experience in developing software in the healthcare industry includes applications for single sign-on, patient data access for providers, referral & case management tools, and quality measure calculation. Nick has a long history of building highly performant teams and coordinating successful product launches. He received a BS in Computer Science from Canisius College.

Caitlin Fiore
Director of Operations

Caitlin Fiore has over a decade of people, project, and operations management. Her career started at Crouse Medical Practice where she leveraged her people management and operational efficiency skills to manage the phlebotomy department of Internist Associates Clinical Laboratories. Caitlin joined Quadrant Biosciences in February of 2022 as the Regional Supervisor of community Covid-19 test sites.
Having an extensive background in leadership and a passion for science and innovation, Caitlin transitioned into the role of Project Manager for Quadrant Biosciences. Caitlin’s project portfolio includes 3 successful New York State Laboratory Developed Test submissions, as well as the cross-departmental set up and product development for the initial launch of the Autism Analytica business line. As Autism Analytica transitioned from initial launch to fully commercial Caitlin has led sales operations and maintained strategic oversight of day-to-day business processes, solidifying her role as Director of Operations.

Shara Deepankar, MA, BCBA
Client Implementation Manager

Shara Deepankar is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Shara completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and went on to complete her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism. She started as a Behavior Technician and worked her way to being a Clinical Director, overseeing Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and their clients. She has worked in-home, in-clinic, in-school, and via Telehealth.
Shara’s passion is in clinician training and providing clinicians with effective tools to “work smarter, not harder.” With over a decade of experience in the field of ABA providing evidence based services to clients, she has shifted to the role of Client Implementation Manager at Autism Analytica. Here she is able to use her skills to train clinicians on how to use software to decrease time spent administering assessments and increase time in analyzing data in order to build data-driven, individualized treatment plans for their clients.
